The company was incorporated in 1990 and has been providing RV, marine and auto sales and service, welding supplies and gases, propane and retail accessories ever since. The stated focus is simple and it has not moved: continuous improvement to meet or exceed what customers expect.
Since 2007 that has meant real, countable changes — the range of services widened to include carport, garage and steel building sales; the RV and marine parts store remodelled; the inventory organised and expanded; and the hardware and software upgraded to move customers through faster.
Over the last several years the focus has been quality. The result: the customer base grew by 30%, and the volume of insurance and warranty related work rose by 75%.
